The Citizens Bank of Logan (Citizens Bank) is pleased to announce their commitment to partner with the Nelsonville Main Street District in an effort to revitalize Main Street Nelsonville. This collaborative effort will support the initiatives for special finance loans to property owners or business owners doing business in historic downtown.

Citizens Bank Announces New CFO

The Citizens Bank of Logan President and CEO, Bryan Starner, proudly welcomes Margaret “Peggy” Wichman as the banks newest member to the senior management team, as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Her attributes include a broad background in banking, finance, credit administration, compliance, operation leadership and a history in both community and large corporate banking. "I am excited to bring Peggy on board. Peggy will provide a positive contribution to the banks vision as we celebrate our 50th Anniversary and seek the promise of the next fifty years", said President Starner.

The Bank would like to welcome the community to meet Peggy at many of the upcoming Bank sponsored events scheduled for this summer, including the annual Fourth of July fireworks at the Logan fairgrounds on Monday July 4th.   Peggy, along with President Starner, will also be on hand at the Bank's 50th Anniversary ceremony commemorating the Bank's 50 year commitment to the our communities. This event is scheduled for Monday July 18th at 10 a.m. at the Main Office located at 188 W. Main Street in Logan.  For the kids, the Bank will sponsor a free day at the Logan City Pool along with ice cream being served from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m.  In Nelsonville, on the 18th, join the Bank at a free Citizens Bank Day at the Nelsonville Community Pool with ice cream being served from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. The celebration will continue at the Bank's Stimson Avenue office with a tailgate event starting at 3:00 p.m. with Power 105 Live Remote and Ohio University Rufus the Bobcat. The Bank looks forward to celebrating with the community at one of these many events.
