VP of Retail Banking/Branch Administrator
Carol Goss, Vice President of Retail Banking/Branch Administrator at The Roundabout, is a lifelong resident of Hocking County and has been in banking for 29 years. Carol started as a teller then moved into the lending department where she dabbled in loan support, collections, consumer lending, and spent some time in the student loan division. Carol came to Citizens Bank in 2005 as Assistant Vice President Branch Manager overseeing the Hocking Mall, Walmart-Logan, and Kroger offices. Carol remains active in the community, attending numerous community events.

Deborah Grimes, Assistant Vice President of Consumer Lending, is now working out of the new “Roundabout” office. Deborah came to The Citizens Bank 13 years ago to manage their Countywide Loan Company and when it was dissolved in 2011, she transitioned over to the Lending side in Citizens Bank. Paul Harris, Assistant Vice President of Consumer Lending, has been with Citizens Bank since August 2015, where his focus is mortgage origination in the Athens Market and relationship management with auto dealers in the region. Prior to his time with Citizens Bank, Paul worked as Finance Manager, Manager, Mortgage Originator, and Branch Manager. With more than 15 years in the finance industry, Paul’s experience speaks for itself.

Kelly Lemon is a lifelong resident of Logan who has been with Citizens Bank for 10 years. Kelly spent many years as a realtor before transitioning to lending, which gave her a deeper understanding of both sides of the home-buying experience. As the Vice President of Mortgage Lending, Kelly has extensive knowledge of the many loan programs available to her clients and works closely with each one to find the perfect fit. VP of Commercial Lending & City Executive
As a strategic partner for business banking clients in the region, Brian Ogle, Vice President of Commercial Lending and City Executive, approaches all client relationships with a customized solution because no two enterprises are alike. Whether the goal is to refinance existing debt, purchase real estate, obtain credit for equipment, improve A/R-A/P, business expansion or acquisition, Brian will work hard to create the best plan possible.

Greg Vermillion is the Vice President of Commercial Lending. During his 27 years with Citizens Bank, he has gained experience in many areas: teller, collections, Head of Indirect Lending, along with residential lending. However, for the bulk of his tenure, 20 years – in fact – Greg’s talents have been invested in commercial lending. Doug Wells, Assistant Vice President of Lending, has over 25 years of experience in the banking industry including consumer lending, commercial lending and branch management. VP of Private Banking & Customer Service
Mary Wilson, Vice President of Private Banking and Customer Service, has more than 28 years of banking experience, all of which are with the Citizens Bank. Mary started in 1988 as a teller at the Main Office and was later transferred to Nelsonville to assist in opening the new location. She then returned to the Main Office as Staff Officer/Teller Supervisor. Her next step was into customer service where she developed a loyal following. In 2015, Mary was promoted to Vice President to oversee the customer service area and to develop private banking for the more astute clientele.
Mary takes great pleasure in assisting her customers’ journeys to achieve their financial goals, whether it’s the first account for a customer or a more involved retirement account.
